PARIS (FRANCE) (ITALPRESS) – Paris Saint-Germain made two signings on August 15, confirming the arrivals of Ferran Torres and Mika Godts. The 26-year-old Spaniard, match-winner of the last World Cup final, arrives in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower from Barcelona for a fee estimated at around €50 million, with a five-year deal.

The 21-year-old Belgian was acquired from Ajax, where he stood out last season with 17 goals and 12 assists, for around €55 million, with his contract also running until 2031. However, the signing of Zion Suzuki somewhat surprisingly fell through: despite reaching an agreement with Parma for €35 million, PSG ultimately backed out.

According to “RMC Sport,” the French club is reportedly annoyed by the increasingly high fees demanded by the Parma goalkeeper’s agents. For now, PSG are left with Safonov and Chevalier, while Suzuki could end up at Aston Villa, paving the way for Dibu Martinez’s departure.
