VALENCIA (SPAIN) (ITALPRESS) – New investors for Valencia. Owner Peter Lim has sold a 42% minority stake to the Pitchwise Holdings consortium, led by Ann Rodriguez and Corey Woolfolk. The consortium includes, among others, George Roberts and Henry Kravis—co-founders of KKR, one of the world’s largest investment firms. The transaction was based on an overall valuation of the club at €1.25 billion. The new partners will inject €100 million into Valencia; Peter Lim will remain the principal shareholder, while his son, Kiat, will continue to serve as chairman. This new ownership structure will support the Spanish club as it prepares for its move to the Nou Mestalla, scheduled for next summer.
