Former Real Madrid goalkeeper Ochotorena passes away

MADRID (SPAIN) (ITALPRESS) – Spanish football is in mourning. José Manuel Ochotorena, former goalkeeper for Real Madrid (1982-1988), Valencia (1988-1992), Temerife (1992-1994), Logrones (1994-1995 and 1997-1998), and Racing Santander (1995-1997), has died at the age of 64. As a player, he won three Spanish league titles, a Copa de la Liga, and two UEFA Cups with the Blancos. He was goalkeeping coach for Spain (1998-2004 and 2008-2021), Liverpool (2004-2007), and Valencia (2008-2021).
