LONDON (ENGLAND) (ITALPRESS) – Tottenham continue to be active in the English transfer market. According to BBC Sport, the Spurs have reportedly opened talks with Manchester City over Savinho and Omar Marmoush.

The 22-year-old Brazilian has long been a Tottenham target, with the club already making an attempt to sign him last year. The player ultimately chose to remain at the Etihad, although he went on to make just seven Premier League starts.

Marmoush, who joined Manchester City from Eintracht Frankfurt in January 2025 for £59 million, also struggled for regular playing time under Guardiola last season, although he still managed to score eight goals in 36 appearances across all competitions.

Cody Gakpo remains an alternative target, but should Tottenham complete the double deal with City, the North London club could ultimately drop their pursuit of the Liverpool and Netherlands forward.
