Levante sack head coach Julian Calero

MADRID (SPAIN) (ITALPRESS) – Julian Calero’s spell as Levante’s head coach has come to an end. The home defeat against Athletic Bilbao (0–2), the team’s fourth consecutive loss in La Liga, has cost the manager his job. Calero, who had been in charge since June 2024 and led Levante to promotion last May, leaves the team currently bottom of the standings alongside Real Oviedo, with 9 points from 14 matches. The Spanish club announced Calero’s dismissal on its official website.
