The construction of the Trans-Adriatic pipeline, which is now completed for more than 50 per cent, after 16 months since the beginning of the works, is proceeding to Greece, Albania and Italy. Construction in Albania and Greece, as announced by the company responsible for construction, is already complete for 70%, saying that in the two countries more than 539 kilometers of the 765 foreseen by the route have already been made, with the installation of more than 45 % of welded steel tubes. Over 5,500 people (85% local) work for the project in the three countries, which are also recipients of a large social and environmental investment (SEI) program for a total value of over 55 million.
